The small cutting boards (9" x 6") are ½" thick in premium Maple and Walnut versus 5/16" thick in genuine Bamboo, 60% thicker! The medium (11 ½" x 8 ¾") and large (13 ¾" x 9 ¾") cutting boards are ¾" thick in premium Maple and Walnut versus 9/16" thick in genuine Bamboo, 33% thicker!
The Bamboo, Maple, and Walnut cutting boards are all eco-friendly products. They are advertised as dishwasher safe, however, I would recommend hand washing them only to maximize their longevity. All of the cutting boards are treated with mineral oil.
